BCPS Athletics Reopening Information

At this time Baltimore County Athletics Department is working on plans to start in-person skill development and conditioning with winter athletes on Nov. 16^th!

More details will follow shortly.

In the meantime, you should make sure that you have registered for your sport on FormReLeaf.com and emailed your completed physical to rhruz@bcps.org.

This will prevent you from being held up when it comes time for you to start any in-person training at the school.

Grades, attendance, and submission of work will be vital to your eligibility to participate in any training or season you may be interested in joining!

Coaches, administrators, and counselors have been monitoring grades very closely. Maintaining satisfactory grades in your academics will ensure your success in athletics.

Perry Hall HS 20-21 Athletics Registration Process

ALL Athletes (Fall, Winter, and Spring) planning to tryout must register online at FormReLeaf.com

Directions below.

Registration is OPEN !!!
All physicals need to be scanned and emailed to rhruz@bcps.org ASAP!!! Please make sure they are completely filled out and signed by the physician. Forms can also be found on the Form ReLeaf site.

You must follow these directions and sign your athlete up on FormReLeaf!!!

Online Registration Instructions for Perry Hall High School Athletics – **The Form ReLeaf registration MUST be filled out by the parent/guardian, not the student-athlete.

Step 1: Visit: https://formreleaf.com/organizations/perry-hall-high-school

Click “Sign Up” in the bottom left-hand corner

Create an account (Same account can be used to register multiple student athletes under the same guardian)

Step 2: Login to FormReLeaf with the account you just created

Step 3: Under “Programs” at the bottom of the page, click on the “Season Link” you want to sign up for.

Select the appropriate sport – *Please note that your athlete can only sign up to try out for one sport.

Complete all of the required fields (* indicates that the field is required)

When all required fields are complete, click “Submit” in the lower right-hand corner

When you have successfully completed the online registration process, you will receive a confirmation email
