The varsity baseball team defeated Towson 8 -1 to improve to 4 -1 on the season. Next up is Eastern Tech tomorrow(Saturday 10am at ET). The gators were lead defensively by pitcher Alec Meredith. Alec earned his 2nd complete game of the season giving up just 1 run, 5 hits and no walks to go 2 – 0 on the season. The gator hitters were lead by Ryan Kahl and Ben Libercci with 2 hits a piece. Seven different players had an RBI. Thank you to everyone who was able to support us yesterday. The team loves to see you at the game.
Alumni game is next Wednesday, April 9th against Franklin @ 3:45pm.

Tonight Perry Hall Girls Varsity Lacrosse defeated Loch Raven 14-4. The lady Gators played with high intensity and as a unit for a solid 50 minutes! Goals were scored by; Sierra O’Connor with 4, Kara Taylor, Marley Heller, and Kayla Shields each with 2, and katelyn Larossa, Melissa Placek, Sam Schiano, and Aniya Flanagan with 1 each. Kara Taylor also had 4 draw controls and 4 forced turnovers. Goalie Holly Reik had an unbelievable 12 saves, for a 75% success rate! The girls did an amazing job and are pumped to take on Dalaney Friday evening!

Dulaney defeated Perry Hall 7 – 3
Perry Hall had 8 scattered hits while Dulaney had 7 timely hits and benefited from 6 walks.
Nick Grimaldi, Jeremiah Blake and Josh Benzing each had a pair of hits for the Gators.
Dulaney pitcher Ewers pitched 5 2/3 innings giving up 3 runs, 8 hits, 0 walks and 3 strikeouts
Perry Hall pitchers Ryan Kahl pitched 3 2/3 innings giving up 6 hits, 6 walks, 6 runs, 5 walks, 0 strikeouts
Pat Watters pitched 2 1/3 innings giving up just 1 hit, 1 run, 2 strikeouts and 1 walk
Next game for the gators is Thursday at home against Towson.

Dulaney 7
The JV baseball team notched their second victory of the season on Tuesday by defeating Dulaney 10 to 7. Brandon Yu, Cody Hilditch, and Adam Kahler all had strong pitching performances in the win. Hits were provided by Dan Flores, Brandon Yu, Adam Kahler, Zach Foertschbeck, and Bryan Nguyen who had the game winning triple with the bases loaded in the sixth inning. The gators are at Towson on Thursday.

Eastern Tech Boys Varsity Lacrosse defeats Perry Hall by a score of 6-5 on 3/31/14.
Perry Hall falls to a record of 1-1. Sophomore Reece Wiseman and Freshman Jack Muller each scored 2 goals with Brett Sheckells adding 1 for Perry Hall. Caden Rites (Junior) had 10 saves and Ian Whittler (Junior) and Danny Waldhauser (Junior) played outstanding close defense. Zach Alt recorded 7 wins at the faceoff X.
Perry Hall plays at HOME on Wednesday 4/2 against Loch Raven.

Tonight Perry Hall Girls varsity lacrosse defeated Eastern Tech 17-2. Everyone contributed to the win, including goals scored by, Melissa Placek with 2, Stephanie Roche with 1, Sierra O’Connor with 4, Kara Taylor with 5, Marley Heller with 1, Sam Schiano with 2, Elizabeth Fitch with 1, and Rachel Norton with 1. Aniya Flanagan had several fast breaks off of draw controls, and defensively Flanagan, Heller, Schanio, and Placek slow the transition with effective double teams that resulted in forced turnovers. Holly Reik in the goal had 5 saves. Wednesday the Gators hope to advance to 3-0 as they take on Loch Raven.
